• UPS rates are calculated through eBay based on the weight/dimensions of the item purchased & the distance from us to you. If you find a similar item can be shipped for less from elsewhere, chances are they are located closer to you. • If an item is damaged, please refuse the shipment for expedited claim processing. If you don't notice a damaged item until opened or weren't able to refuse the shipment, please keep all packing materials and contact us directly in order to process claims quickly. If you do not keep the packing material, we will not be able to process a damage claim or return. If you return the item before a shipping company pickup or inspection, we will not be able to process a damage claim or return.
